The Culver Turner Assessment is a powerful tool designed to give business owners a clear picture of the overall health of their organization. Unlike traditional assessments that focus only on surface-level metrics, this approach integrates systems theory, group dynamics, and relationship science with real-world leadership expertise to uncover the deeper patterns influencing performance.

Training and Education

Our leadership training is practical, interactive, and grounded in real organizational challenges. Leaders learn to apply systems thinking, relationship science, and group dynamics to everyday situations—such as navigating difficult conversations, leading teams through transition, managing conflict, and making decisions under pressure. Through real-world examples, case discussions, and guided reflection, participants gain tools they can use immediately to improve communication, strengthen trust, and lead change with greater clarity and confidence.

Corporate Membership

Clients can choose a quarterly, annual, or custom membership based on their organization’s needs. Quarterly memberships provide three months of focused support around an organizational health goal, including access to the Culver-Turner Assessment and targeted data and resources.

Annual memberships offer ongoing support with assessment access, annual updates and refreshers, and guidance across up to four organizational health goals throughout the year.

Custom memberships allow organizations to tailor the level and type of support to match their unique priorities and challenges.
